BusinessAgentCloud ("we," "us," or "our") operates the BusinessAgentCloud platform, including the website at businessagentcloud.com and related subdomains (collectively, the "Service").   • Agent Configuration Data: Information you provide when setting up and configuring AI agents, including business details, preferences, and integration credentials.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access our Service, we may automatically collect:

  • Usage Data: Credit consumption, agent activity logs, feature usage patterns, and interaction data.
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and screen resolution.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, and referring URLs.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: Session cookies for authentication and preferences. See Section 6 for details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Provide and maintain the Service: Operate your account, process transactions, manage AI agents, and deliver the features you request.
  • Process payments: Manage subscriptions, credit purchases, resource billing, and invoicing.
  • Communicate with you: Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, billing notifications, agent status updates) and respond to support inquiries.
  • Improve the Service: Analyze usage patterns to enhance features, fix issues, and develop new functionality.
  • Ensure security: Detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and other harmful activities.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who assist in operating our Service, including payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, cloud hosting, and authentication providers. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
  • Integration Partners: When you configure AI agents that integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Workspace, Twilio), relevant configuration data is shared with those services as necessary to provide the requested functionality.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
  • With Your Consent: We may share information for other purposes with your explicit consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete an AI agent, its configuration metadata is retained for 90 days to allow for restoration, after which it may be permanently deleted. When you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements).

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Essential Cookies: Required for authentication, session management, and cross-subdomain single sign-on. These cannot be disabled without losing access to the Service.
  • Preference Cookies: Store your settings and preferences to enhance your experience.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. However, disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using the Service.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure authentication mechanisms, and access controls.
