We're a small, driven team building a platform that puts the latest AI capabilities into the hands of everyday businesses. If you care about shipping real products, solving hard problems, and working at the intersection of AI and practical business needs, you'll feel right at home.

The platform lets a business hire an AI agent the way it would hire a person: pick an agent from the gallery, connect the accounts it needs, and let it answer phone calls, work through an inbox, or reply to website chats on the business's behalf. Getting that right means caring about the unglamorous parts — reliable integrations, honest billing, and setup that a non-technical owner can finish without a support call.
What We Look For
- People who finish things. Shipped and imperfect beats designed and theoretical.
- Comfort with ambiguity. Much of what we build has no established playbook yet, and the tooling changes month to month.
- A product instinct for the customer. Most of the businesses we serve are not technical, and the work is judged on whether it actually saves them time.
- Directness. Say what you think is wrong, early, and back it with a reason.
Areas We Hire Into
When roles do open, they usually fall into one of these areas:
- Product engineering — the web platform our customers use to hire, configure, and monitor their agents.
- Automation engineering — the workflows behind each agent, and the integrations with the calendars, phone systems, and mailboxes they plug into.
- Customer success — onboarding businesses, learning where setup goes wrong, and feeding that back into the product.
- Growth and content — explaining clearly what these agents do, and what they don't.
